How to use?

Packaging
The lipstick comes in a long, very sturdy rectangular tube, plastic packaging. It has a white coloured cap with applicator. The applicator has the shape of a leaf with a little space in between and is made of sponge to pick the shade more effectively from the tube. Also, the pointy edge of the applicator makes it very easy to apply lipstick at the contours of the lips.
The colour of the outer tube resembles somewhat to the shade of the lipstick, making it easy to distinguish the shade.

My experience with Maybelline Superstay Matte Ink Liquid Lipstick - Pioneer
The shade is a classic red, and I love love love this lipstick. This shade is perfect for all skin tones, and would instantly brighten up each and every face out there. The colour of the lipstick is highly pigmented and is opaque. Only one sweep of the lipstick is enough to give you that proper pigmentation. The shade is "buildable". It gives a matte application when dries.
The lipstick works exactly as it claims it to be, it lasts very long on the lips. And yes, it's pigmentation is so strong that you need cleansing balm to remove it. The lipstick does not fade even with the water, totally budge-proof.
The consistency of the lipstick is creamy & semi-thick. The lipstick glides like a dream on the lips. The applicator makes it super easy to apply the lipstick. The smell is pleasant and fades away in seconds. The lipstick stays on for more than 5 hours straight, the lipstick does not smudge out and does not bleed at all.
The only issue with the lipstick is that in between the time of applying the lipstick and its drying phase, it creates that sticky thing in between your lips but it completely goes once the lipstick dries. Try to apply this lipstick at the end of your makeup, else you would ruin all your makeup.
Also, do moisturize your lips before applying this lipstick else it will settle in the crease of your lips. This lipstick needs 3-4 minutes to completely dry.
How I use it?
I always try to apply this lipstick at the end of my makeup routine.
- I scrub and moisturize my lips.
- I apply the lipstick with the help of the applicator firstly to the contour of my lips and then fill in the gaps.
- I then leave it to dry for 5 minutes.
Voila! done.
